If there is a problem with your order, please let me know and we can arrange an exchange. I understand that items can arrive damaged or defective, if this is the case please contact me within 3 days of delivery to discuss. Generally, I will request ship-back within 7 days of delivery.

In the event that an exchange is necessary, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will arrange shipping info at that time.
